So basically, that was awesome.  I have a soft spot for Tails, and bringing him into the equation like this was a good way to do it.  Their emotions are all really well-done, and inserting that little bit of Shadow's past to convince Tails was excellent.

And then you added the part at the end, to bring us back to the 'physical' aspects of the adventure, after the emotional.  A great way to balance things out; five stars all around!  :D
