Good chapter! I liked how Shadow was able to analyze the cause of the chaos energy flux in Sonic. And making the rings based on chaos energy is a great idea, something I'd never have thought off.

Is there going to be any interaction with the dimension where Shadow came from, or is it going to stay in this one only?

I'll also be looking forward to that Beyond Prophecy chapter, which is another great story. :)

Author's Response: Thank you. It seemed kind of a logical progression to me that the rings would be charged with Chaos Energy. It's probably going to be just the SatAm universe for most of the story, 'til the Finale, anyway. Switching perspectives between universes can get very confusing - for me as well as anyone reading.

How old is Sonic in this? I keep thinking that Shadow chaos controlled himself into Sonic's past. I would be happy if you could clarify so it would be easier for me to understand what is happening in that moment hasn't already happened before. It's a really good story and you are very talented.

Ooooh... That is not a good sign. Not at all. Nope. Wow. What's Chuck going to say??? Was there a Shadow in that universe too? An Ultimate-Lifeform that Eggman was going to use? If so... then -wooow- things are going to get slightly complicated. Of course that's just me guessing.

It's eerie how Sonic and Shadow seem to be on the same wave length. They think the same thing... or some variation of it at the very least. Huzzah! Go wonderful together-ness...ish.

Interesting... Cue chin stroking. So Shadow is zoning in and out, and Sonic is feeling shaken by the hedgehog that resembles him. (Which I never really understood... the only thing they really have in common is the hedgehog thing, isn't it? Black... Blue. I don't get it.)

Hm. This would be the Archie Comic universe right...? Sorry if that's a stupid question, I just don't have a lot of Sonic background.
