OMG! This is so good, I love Emily, she's thinks as bad as me...well the images I mean lol Please post more soon!!!!!!!
Author's Response: oh, people are still reading this one? Maybe I should update it...heh heh...
Jeez, how rude. Why do people do that? Maybe I should start doin' that, though. *muses* You have a wonderful point on reviews. Any who, this chapter was funny. I liked it. The witty remarks were prefect and your descriptions were thorough. Your ending was great as well. Awesome job. ^^
Author's Response: *chuckles* Thank you for obliging. I was wondering if I should do a n00b plea as well...after all, this IS my first fanfic...
*Horror movie sounds in the background * Sssspooooooookyyyyyyyy! And now he’s seeing things! Poor, stubborn, lovable Shadow…No wonder he’s getting jumpy. ^ ^
So… They are finally realizing that there is more than deadly rivalry between them. Just one question: Is Sonic obsessed with food or just shocked that Shadow can’t eat? (Just like I wasn’t. “HOLY *CENSORED*! HE CAN’T EAT FOOD!” O.o’ )
Anyway. You made my horrible day worth it by updating. Thanks ^ ^
Author's Response: A bit of both, but more of an obsession with food in Sonic's case. His version of hell would be a place where you couldn't eat, hence he's horrified by even thinking about it. And it is kind of horrible if you try to imagine it. Sorry to hear about your day, glad I helped make it better.
Emily scares me sometimes.. HA! seee? This is what I mean by GUN is bad.. *Wags finger at you, but gives you a cookie anyway* Bravo! X3
Author's Response: Oh she terrifies me, heh heh. As for G.U.N., the fish rots from the head down, as they say...*smirk* thanks for the review after your long period of seclusion.*eats cookie in silence*
Great chapter, and the characters were in their own personalities (I mean, who WOULDN'T get made at G.U.N.?) The last part was great. I can't wait for the next chap. ^^
Author's Response: Neither could I, I started writing it as soon as I finished this one. I'm glad you thought the personalities were correct and the ending not too poor, I personally felt I was way off on both.
I suck at romance as well. XD I see the roundabout way you're going here, and I like it. Good job.
Author's Response: Thanks for the encouragement. Nice to know I'm not alone.
Author's Response: Thanks for the encouragement. Nice to know I'm not alone.
Author's Response: Ignore that second one. The submit button's being screwy.
WOW! That was scary. So that pile of corpses consist everyone Shadow ever killed.
*Lost in deep thought*
And everything there on (and before, of course ^ ^’) is simply gorgeous. I can’t find words that suite better than: I LOVE IT! That conversation between Shadow and Sonic was plain wonderful. How Shadow thinks he’s a monster that kills everyone without a reason and then Sonic… *Against better knowledge* …comes and cheers him up and tells him how to move on. Excellent!
Okay. Everybody loves ominous notes at the end, but COME ON! *Cries* That’s just mean! I’m gonna be on pins and needles until you update next time. ^ ^ This is torture and you know that! Well, I can’t do anything except wait. See ya! ^ ^ (Soon, I hope ^ ^)
P.S. You don’t have to explain Shadow’s “stained” hands, not to me at least. Tell me if I’m wrong but when you really regret something, like a murder, you can imagine that your hands are covered in blood that you can’t get rid off. Right?
Author's Response: I'm glad you liked it so much. Your annoyance at my ominous note only serves to increase my fervent belief that they are the best literary device invented, however. And yes, you're right about the stained hands. As I recall, Lady Macbeth didn't actually commit the murder, she just orchestrated it, yet she was the one doing the whole "Out damn spot!" speech. I'll try to update soon so you don't hate me too much. *smirk*
Me like! Me like! That girl just seems to become creepier and creepier each chapter. I don’t trust her! Btw, I love the ending ^ ^. One of the few things that made me laugh today. And I agree that it’s good exercise to run for your life but too much exercise can kill ya. (At least in this case ^ = ) I hope you write more soon, I want to know how thin ice Sonic’s out on. See ya! ^ ^
Author's Response: I'm glad the ending went down as a positive point. I'll definitely be continuing straight from it in the next chapter. And as an added treat, there may even be the beginnings of something tangibly Sonadow...if certain people don't interfere that is. *smirk*
Hi! I barely have the time to read this story (I Hate School!) but I want to give you at least 1 review.
This is an interesting story and it seems to be a long one too. To be honest, I haven’t fully understood this story. It’s still many questions I want an answer to, like; Who’s that creepy girl? But you probably gonna tell that later on in the story.
About that more “sonadowy” moment in this chapter… It was really good. It’s a perfect change-over between dislike (at least in Shadows case) and slight friendship. I just hope Shadow isn’t too seriously injured. What happened, anyway?!?
Great story! Can’t wait too read next chapter. ^ ^
Author's Response: Probably one of the reasons it's hard to understand is that I'm desperately trying NOT to give away a literal ton of answers. The reason being is not so much the suspense as the fact that I'm working on a flash animated series of a very similar storyline and I don't want to spoil that by revealing certain things in this. One way or another, you will find out exactly who the girl is (and believe me, it's good.) As for what happened to Shadow, he had a kind of violent spasm which may or may not have been related to a certain someone's actions previously... Glad you liked it, btw.
Ooh, this is getting good. Keep it up! I love how you had Shads and Sonic arguing. Genius. I gasped about a dozen times at what the other said. This is a great story! I love it! Keep it up.
Author's Response: Yes, it was genius, wasn't it? *smirk* My lack of modesty aside, I'm glad that you like it.
