omg this is a great idea i like how u did the fight scene also i could play it in my mind just like that Xd. COOL.
Author's Response: Yes, well, that was the point. I'm quite good at those. Thank you for the review and the favorite... now, if you will excuse me, I must get back to work.
story is going good so far keep up the good work.
Author's Response: Well, okay... short and sweet. Thanks, glad to see that more then two people are reading this thing.
"Airplane!" for the win! Leslie Nielsen is great.
As for the chapter...wow. You sir really liked 'All Ghillied Up' didn't you? Even pulled a few direct quotes straight out of it. As a fellow gamer and fan of CoD4, I loved this chapter and I am honored that I was an Osprey. It fits I guess. Just one big confused looking thing, sounds exactly like me. But you blew up Takashi! And not just the arm but straight through the middle!
All in all, this was a fun chapter to read as a gamer and somewhat of a military enthusiast (M95? M82 is the classic). That said, I must admit that I am a lil eager to catch up with our two hedgehogs next chapter. Nice work once again.
Author's Response: Yes, quite funny. Yes, yes I do like All Ghillied Up, I played it like 20 times while writing this (On Veteran). I'm glad you're glad you're an Osprey. (Fits more then a helicopter considering the situation) Yes, I blew her in half, because unlike Zakhaev I do not intend to bring her back. (She dead) Ah yes, the M82. Well classic aside, the M95 is superior in performance and design. Yes, I'm sure you'll enjoy the next chapter. See ya then.
Sweet, I'm a Japanese rouge. XD It was an honor to be a bullet sponge. ^^ That was so cool! The way you described the bullet going through my chest was great!
Now, all fun and super awesomeness aside, yer one error: 'strait' is meant to be 'straight' in one of your sentences. That's it, though. *shrugs* All in all, it was fantastic. Man, now I'm hyper because I was shot.... XD Woo! Awesome chapter.
Author's Response: Well thank you, it was fun to write. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Took me awhile to get it just right, but apparently it turned out mighty fine. One error, there will always be one error, there has to be something to complain about. I'm glad you're hyper for being shot, thank you for enjoying the chapter. I'll get to work on six soon, hopefully you'll enjoy that one as well.
Hm. The whole "new power" thing is quick. Hope you explain. I love this chapter though. It has a cat. :P Animals rock, especially cats and owls. Any who, only one or two minor typos that I hardly noticed is all that's wrong. Rest is fantastic. Keep it up. ^^
Author's Response: Not really, if you pay close attention to the last chapter, you'll find that he pulls a lot of moves that he didn't have before. But this time I really focus on what he can do outside of combat. Don't worry, it'll all be explained. I don't just throw things out there without reason, everything I do has a purpose, it's just a matter of tying those actions together to find out what's really going on. Yes, it has a cat. I like the cat. (The cat has a purpose!) You'll always find typos, no matter how hard I scan my chapter there's always one or two that slip by. (The typos have a purpose!... Okay, not really, those are just f*ckups.) Anyway, thank you for the continued support. I think I'll throw something special in the next chapter for you... But knowing me, special can be a pretty sour note... Anyway, see ya next time!
First off, Stongbad rocks.
Secondly, jeebus crispies! Shadow is so unbelievably godlike in this. I'm guessing it has something to do with his two week disappearance...
This chapter was fast paced and I think it fit it well since Shadow is a to-the-point character. Only thing I would be worried about is overdoing all of his newfound powers. It still fits right now but if he turns out to be Swiss-Army-Shadow, it could get a bit old.
As for a game reference, why Mr. T? Details on the Bioware Sonic RPG, Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood, came out. Screenshots and everything.
Author's Response: He does, doesn't he? Yes, Shadow is quiet godlike, but in all honesty I would imagine Shadow would have most of these powers to begin with. I mean, he's a biologically engineered weapon that's infused with the sheer essence of a power that can do everything from obliterating massive structures to transforming their hosts into super-powerful beings. You can't expect me to believe all he got out of that was a small batch of attacks, I'd imagine he'd have a lot more abilities then that. But the sheer strength of his powers will be explained, don't you worry. And I know when stop... I also know when to move forward, so you'll be happy with what I put forth. Thank for the RPG update, I've been following that game sense it's announcement. It's the only thing that gives me hope for the Sonic series, if the RPG fails, then Sonic's as good as dead. And as for Mr. T, I've been playing FFVII, and Barret is basically Mr. T in game form. So... it was more of an allusion... but whatever. Stick with it, I think you'll like the next chapter. In fact, I'm writing it with you in mind. (So be ready...)
BOOM! That is a ton of forest Shadow took out right there. I rather like the idea of mass producing Metal Sonic. I never really pondered such a subject but now that you bring it up, it really seems foolish that it hasn't happened in the canon yet.
Well, congrats on another enjoyable chapter and also on finishing Call of Duty 4. Captain Price is a badass.
Author's Response: Yes, he's a one hedgehog lumber agency. It is foolish... those foolish fools cannot fathom the foolishness of thier foolharty foolishness... fools. Not only did I beat it, I beat it on F*cking Veteran. (I beat the Mile High Club on Veteran... worship me...)
But I like violence. :P Nice chapter as always. I've wondered why Metal wasn't mass produced either, but if ya think about it, the robots would murder Sonic and discontinue the video game series. Pity, really. Any who, when you said 'deafly' silence, I was a little confused. Did you really mean 'deafly' or did you mean 'deathly'? Love the line about not shooting anything today, though. That's a good one. XD
Author's Response: Thank you, thank you. I suppose that's why as well, but that ain't gonna stop me! And I did mean 'deafly', deafly basicly means really quiet, like you're deaf. It's a word, and if it's not, It is now. Thanks for the review, keep on keepin' on. And yes, I like that line as well. (It's true)
Gah, way long.. *For me, anyways* Was cool. Bad Metal, bad! >.< Hehe, Why is Mia in this? I don't beleive its another 'robotnick' *Huffs*
Author's Response: To bad, they'll all be long. Yes, Metal is bad. As for Maria... that'll come in time. So keep on reading you really want to know. Thank you, and have a nice day.
Merry Chrismahanaquanzica to you too. Any who, I like your style, though you tend to use a semicolon more than most. When you said "Chances of success; zero", I think that a colon would run more smoothly right there. Save for that and one or two minor spelling errors, I greatly enjoyed this. Nice work, as usual. ^^
Author's Response: I haven't quite mastered the semicolon yet, but thanks for pointing out my flaws. Glad you enjoyed it, I hope you keep on reading. And thank you for liking my style. I like my style as well. Iz stylish.
