I am highly impressed with the way you pulled of this chapter. I didn't think it would play out this way, but apparently you managed to get it done.I loved the ending there, but my first thoughts before reading the final line were, "Is he going to give him a massage? Do it... do it... AWWWW MAN!" But the ending was still hiliarious in and of itself. Well done Taranea! I am enjoying every bit of this!

In my honest opinion I think that this is actually a well done chapter. I enjoyed the fact that Silver actually has a thoughtful mind towards others.
However you really have me wishing you didn't end this, as I seriously want to see what happens next to Shadow.... and me. ^_^ (I CAN'T WAIT ANY LONGER!)

I do like this story, I really do, but...it just seems that Shadow's badass-Ultimate-Lifeform skills aren't being played to their full potential. Everyone is fawning over Sonic's amazingness, which he obviously is, but Shadow is fast and strong; hell, if he loses his temper, he could snap his fencing sword in half with only his forefinger if he really wanted to. He did use a sword in the Black Arms invasion, sort of. It's great, he just seems to be being played as a little useless at the moment, wheras Sonic seems to be only amazing all the time. Shadow is so much mroe than that, he could win this easily if he really tried; fast reactions, strength, speed. I'm not seeing it at the moment, but I liv ein hope, this story is one of the best on Sonadow.com.
Author's Response: Heh, I can understand that. The reason for the one-sidedness is probably due to me being such a huge sonic fangirl, I think...however, Shadow did get a couple of scenes, rescuing Sonic from both Jet and Drago and helping Tails. Also, his strength in this story so far has mostly been maintaining their ruse and being intelligent, something at which Sonic would have utterly failed. There'll be a couple of Shadow fighting scenes, tho, so no worries.
....Wait, WHAT?!!!
Darn evil Doom....oh well *shrug* On with the story!
