I must say that this was actually entertaining for me to read. Just the thought of someone having their love life being answered by an inanimate object is a thought I don't think I've seen in anything yet.
Author's Response: I struggle to be original with my ideas. The main reason Sonic uses an eight ball of all things to tell him about his love life is to properly illustrate the childish disposition of him. He has no idea how to solve his problems, so he thinks something akin to flipping a coin should solve it for him. But when he is not satisfied with the answer, he just keeps on taking his chances until it lands on the one he wants. Thanks for the review. ^^

I would have enjoyed it more if you wrote a bigger story about how sonic left it down to the 8ball to deal with his love life problems but, C'est la vie!

Well...i kind of caught the feel.Not sure if it's the one you want...you have to say that the story is a little confusing.

Author's Response: It was a simple piece showing a cynical perspective of the idea of sonadow and the chance of a requited love between the two. (I'm a more skeptical fan than most--any relationship between them would end in tragedy, unfortunately.) So the main feel was cynical; it was a humorous angst, really. Sonic's immaturity makes the drabble amusing. So, of course he'll bolster up his courage one day and glomp Shadow to the floor. X3 Thanks for reviewing as always!

What a surprise i liked another one of your stories and i think i finely found out why. ^ ^' You can write about something sad, and somehow twist it and make it funny (my opinion).
