WOW, what a title for the next chapter - can't wait to read it! And I had to laugh when I realized why you asked me about the colours under certain light sources; loveloveLOVE authors who do their research! XD

Of course, the fight scenes were very cool, you and grey did a good job. Sword fights do begin to grow on me...

I also liked your characterization of Sonia. I didn't watch much of Sonic underground, but I liked her suspiciousness and intelligence. Does she still have this freakish strength? The chaos aura stuff really is a nice touch, and Shadow realizing how much he'd missed Sonic is heart-warming. :)))
Despite that, doesn't he consider going back to the ritual and apologize?

And of course, had to laugh much at Knuckles' astonishnedness (god, he must hate Shadow's guts now...) and Sonic's primary love interest apparently being his guitar...XD

Wow - so cool!^^ I usually don't like AU THAT much, but this one is wonderful - I like the detailed and careful style you use, describing the peculiars of fencing with as much love as the circumstances of their lives. Mind you, though, a description of the Oracle would not have gone amiss. :P My heart goes out to Uncle Chuck...please update soon!
